Antonella provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, investors, and both growing and established companies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She provides legal services in the areas of business and real estate law that help make you and your business run smoothly. She also provides outside general counsel services to businesses in a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Antonella served as Assistant General Counsel at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS), an engineering services firm focused on government contracting. Here, she became an expert in balancing legal and corporate needs to produce focused solutions that drive business growth.
Prior to her position at UTRS, Antonella was an associate with GluckWalrath, LLP in Trenton, NJ where she served as outside general counsel for various municipalities and governmental entities in New Jersey. She also performed all phases of litigation in defense of her municipal clients.
Antonella also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s license. Her legal expertise coupled with her experience as a real estate investor provide unique insight and knowledge to her clients’ transactions.
Antonella received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from American University in Washington, DC and her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. She has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2008.
